When Can I or Should I Trade My BHPH Customers into Another Car?
What is it worth to keep a good customer happy and on the books? When does it make financial sense? Other factors? We're mathing in this episode! After polling dealers, we'll break down the numbers on "trading up" the customer at 30 months into their contract. With the spike in car costs (and jump in payments and/or term) over the last few years, it will be helpful to look at trading customers out of those high balances.
