Policy/Goodwill Repairs - How Do I Make It Stop?!

Some call it "policy work." Others might say "goodwill repairs." These are mostly repairs made not long after the sale for items not covered by a warranty or service contract. Different than sidenote repairs (to be repaid by the customer), goodwill repairs are freebies done by the dealer in the interest of customer satisfaction. But, some BHPH dealers struggle to keep a lid on it while others find that the customers still end up unhappy. In this Friday episode, we'll offer some ways to limit it or bring it to an end altogether.
